My coaching approach is partly based on my experience as an onsite counselor at Google and an Advanced Facilitator at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, where I help facilitate the popular elective “Interpersonal Dynamics” course focusing on emotional intelligence and interpersonal effectiveness.
